Castleroc Estates Limited is an Irish company established in 2006 and located at 10 Harcourt Street in Dublin 2.
Castleroc Estates Ltd was established with the express aim of bringing real estate opportunities from the United States, both residential and commercial to the European marketplace.
Castleroc Estates has successful brought a number of projects based in Chicago and NYC to the European marketplace. To assist in the purchase process, Castleroc has entered into a number of strategic partnerships to aid this process. Starting in 2009 Castleroc established a unique relationship with Property Management Company Touchstone Group. This enables all our purchasers to access their management information directly from our Castleroc’s Office in Dublin, having their unit managed to a superior level at a lower than market rate.
If the client then wishes to dispose of their asset, we can offer a number of options through Touchstone or other agents based throughout Chicago or NYC, at the most competitive rates.
