Key to the delivery of turnkey investment properties to international investors are the services of Castleroc Estates management division, through Owl Management LLC. Castleroc Estates provides access to comprehensive services that help clients maintain and add value to their real estate holdings while eliminating any day-to-day administrative hassles. Owl Management LLC provides expert evaluation of the rental market, access to an extensive network of corporate and individual end users and an annual property analysis to ensure Castleroc Estates clients are achieving highest return on their investment. Their real estate professionals handle all landlord responsibilities, from advertising and property marketing, tenant screening, lease extensions, rent collection and direct depositing of rental income.
Management Fee Reduction
By leveraging our clients combined business and by using scale of numbers we have been able to secure a reduction in the management fee from 10-15% of gross rents (and half a months rent for re-signing an existing tenant, which is a service Owl Management LLC will not charge for) to 7% of gross rent and additional enhancements including:
- Move in and move out inspection,
- Market analysis of rental and sale rates in Chicago,
- Renewal of existing tenants. All these are included and more

Annual Administration
Annual administration charges for the provision of this service are very competitive. We maintain your file in our office and we will be the main point of contact for you with Owl Management LLC. We will only contact you when we feel it necessary. If you have existing property managed elsewhere in Chicago then we will liaise with the current managers of the property and organise a change to Owl Management LLC ensuring as smooth a transition as possible.
