Interiors will include luxury finishes such as 9.5-foot to 10.5-foot ceilings, genuine hardwood flooring, and gourmet kitchens with top-line European and American cabinetry and appliances.
The building will also feature a high level of resident services and amenities including a 24-hour doorman, concierge, indoor swimming pool, fitness center and private storage rooms. Murphy noted that floor plans, features and amenities are still being finalized.

Residents will have unobstructed views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline. Just outside the building's entrance homeowners will also have immediate access to Lincoln Park and North Pond, populated by its profusion of wildflowers and mature trees. There will be a private park on the premises as well. Additionally, some penthouse units will have rooftop gardens.
