Interiors will include luxury finishes such as 9.5-foot to 10.5-foot ceilings, genuine hardwood flooring, and gourmet kitchens with top-line European and American cabinetry and appliances.
The building will also feature a high level of resident services and amenities including a 24-hour doorman, concierge, indoor swimming pool, fitness center and private storage rooms. Murphy noted that floor plans, features and amenities are still being finalized.

"Because of its location on the park - which is arguably one of the nation's finest urban playgrounds - and its nod to French Classical architecture and prewar design elements, Lincoln Park 2520 has an elegance and sophistication that few other new projects, if any, in Chicago can duplicate," said Ricker.

"It's a refined design befitting its surroundings. It's majestic on top and engaging at street level. Our goal with this design has been nothing less than to enhance the legacy of historic Lakeview Avenue and of living along the park in Chicago," he added.

Residents will have unobstructed views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline. Just outside the building's entrance homeowners will also have immediate access to Lincoln Park and North Pond, populated by its profusion of wildflowers and mature trees. There will be a private park on the premises as well. Additionally, some penthouse units will have rooftop gardens.

"Lincoln Park 2520's immediate access to the park and Lake Michigan, as well as its proximity to downtown Chicago - less than three miles away - make this property an ideal home for the sophisticated urban dweller," noted Murphy.

Within walking distance of Lincoln Park 2520 are the Lincoln Park Zoo, the Chicago History Museum, and the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum as well as such notable restaurants as North Pond, Mon Ami Gabi and Ambria. In addition to Ricker-Murphy Development, other contributors to the project include Chicago-based The Walsh Group as general contractor, as well as special consultant Charles P. Reiss, the former Trump Organization executive who oversaw all pre-development activity for Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago.
