Lincoln Park 2520 features views of Lincoln Park, North Pond, Lake Michigan and the city skyline; townhomes along St. James Place and Deming Place; and a private one-plus-acre park.
The project will feature 312 condominiums with unobstructed views of Lincoln Park, North Pond, Lake Michigan and the city skyline; a total of 13 townhomes along St. James Place and Deming Place; garage parking for 625 cars; and a private one-plus-acre park.
Designed by Lucien Lagrange, the structure will create the illusion of three separate towers: a 21-story south 'shoulder', a 39-story center core and a 30-story north 'shoulder'. The center core will be topped with a metal-clad mansard roof, while the building's base will be wrapped in granite and limestone and feature a dramatic two-story entrance supported by classical columns.
Residences will start from 900 square feet and will consist of one-bedroom condominium floor plans from $550,000, two-bedroom plans from $750,000 and three-bedroom plans from $1 million, as well as larger townhome and penthouse floor plans. The largest homes could top out at more than 9,000 square feet - a full floor - and $10 million, based on the opportunity to combine units, according to Peter Ricker, co-principal.
